Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026. SportsMaven365 is the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and password hash (held by our auth provider).
- Preferences: the leagues you subscribe to, your device timezone and locale.
- Activity: your score predictions, points and private group memberships.
Why we process it
To create and secure your account, show fixtures in your local time, score your predictions and rank you on leaderboards. We process this data on the basis of your consent, given at registration, and to perform our service agreement with you.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your display name and points are visible to members of private groups you join. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers acting as processors on our behalf.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Use Profile → Privacy → Delete My Data in the app, or email support@sportsmaven365.com. We confirm deletion requests within 72 hours and anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After a deletion request, personal identifiers are anonymised and only non-identifying statistics remain.
